We travelled through Gangtok and Kalimpong and loved the mountain scenery along the way. What I liked most was not having to worry about the driving and routes. Prabin was polite, patient and easy to communicate with. We have recommended him to friends and would happily travel with him again.
North Sikkim was honestly one of the most beautiful trips we have taken. The drive towards Lachung and the views around Yumthang Valley were unforgettable. The mountain roads can be tiring, but having a reliable driver makes a big difference. We really enjoyed the trip.

October to May. Parks close every monsoon, usually mid-June to mid-September, on dates set by the forest department. In those months we plan tea gardens, rivers and homestays instead.
